Sooo... My 7 day detox made it 4 days perfect. Then my boyfriend came home (he works out of down 4 days a week) and it was his birthday, and my diet went away. That being said I am holding strong at 181! So I still lost 4lbs and it really did help with cravings! I will definitely do it again (and hopefully make it all 7 days! Another thing the diet did for me was make me LOVE smoothies/shakes so I think that's going to be my main focus for dieting, starting to exercise, and replacing meals/snacking with smoothies!
Tomorrow I'm going to try the "Green Monster" for breakfast!
- A frozen banana
- Almond milk (about a cup)
- 2 scoops vanilla soy protein
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cups (ish) Spinach
Please note I don't measure I just guess on amounts feel free to adjust!!! And add, make your own recipes! IF you do, please please, share them with me! I love yummy new things!!
