Why am I dieting?

I have been trying to diet off and on for years. Towards the end of high school I thought I was overweight (5'8" - 145lbs), I was not. The end of my first semester in college (Winter '07) I was a very thin 115lbs. too thin for my body type. On my graduation day from college I weighed 210lbs.



Today I am down to 185lbs. I cut out pop (soda for you "crazy" people =), started walking to the store, and made other minor changes. I have hit a plateau and need to kick start my diet, hold myself accountable, and really make this work!
